Wow. You, my readers, are awesome. Thankyou for your comments on my last post. I really appreciate your thoughts. It's all the same stuff that I tell other people, it's great to be reminded of it myself. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
And now my thought for the day.
It's a bit weird to have a small child who occasionally sleeps with a Buzz Lightyear toy. Recently, I was woken at 2am by Tim the Toolman Taylor saying, "Our mission is to rescue our Little Green Friend!"
That's all I've got for today. Thanks for reading.

We had a demented, scary loud noise in our hallway late one night that turned out to be a doll that says "Ma-ma" that had got wet.
We thought it was a dying bird or something.
Electronic toys, hey? Sheesh.
I can relate!
My mom gave Mo a talking Big Bird from Sesame Street. It was nearly as big as she was. One night, we were watching tv, and went upstairs to investigate all the talking. It was Big Bird, repeating and repeating: Wiggle your belly. Wiggle your belly. Wiggle your belly....as she peacefully slept.
Thanks for the memory.
Gert had a a sesame street toy that would start playing in the night... it was an alphabet thing.... so you heard elmo going A - aaaa in the middle of the night.
