I'm glad the lid stayed open! And now, about your "Not Ready" post - you've explained yourself very well! There's always that dreaded moment when someone at the new church finds out that you play the piano... and have Sunday School experience...
You know what you need at the moment. We've moved to 6 different states. We didn't always jump into a church right away, but eventually did start making the rounds to find the right fit for us. There is definitely an adjustment period.
