Thankyou all so much for your kind comments! I planned three meals, went grocery shopping, forgot to buy chicken, and had takeaway tonight instead.

O well. I do that all the time and can't blame pregnancy.

How much longer before thingiemajiggy comes?

Oh no! I would forget my head if it wasn't attached! And I, too, cannot blame pregnancy. Well, actually, I do blame pregnancy. It's a known fact that babies in utero live off their moms' brain cells.

Well, first of all, I missed the last post so I was completely confused. For a moment. Until I figured out that I should go back and read the other post. (brilliant, aren't I?)

Second, I love how those outside of North America refer to raisins as sultanas. Sounds so much more exotic! (I do have this right, don't I? Sultanas are raisins, right?)

Third, you must do just the minimum. You are indeed a mother on the edge and deservedly so. Solo parenting two with a third nearly popping out without going entirely insane is tough enough but throw in an injury? Noooooo!

I do hope you get some relief (of one form or another) soon and that you find an online grocer that delivers. :)

Feel better!
